I love seeing giant robots fight. I’m not even sure what it is but ever since I would watch Gundam Wing when I was a kid I’ve been in freakin love with them all the way up until Transformers: Revenge of The Fallen ruined it for me! An interview with Darren Aronofsky on directing the ‘The Wolverine’

Darren Aronofsky(Requiem for a Dream, The Fountain, Black Swan) has been chosen to direct the sequel to X-Men Origins: Wolverine. Now I don’t know about you but I find Darren Aronofsky to be a great visual storyteller and The Fountain still remains to be one of my favorite films period. And it’s even more interesting to hear that he’s teaming up with his cinematographer Matthew Libatique once again to continue Logan’s story as he travels to Japan to face off against foes like The Silver Samurai and the Oyabun family. Here’s a video with Darren Aronofsky talking about his thoughts on why he was chosen to direct a big action movie like this.
